3Age Limit and Eligibility

By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are using this platform voluntarily. If an account belonging to an underage person is discovered, it will be closed immediately and all deposits will be returned.

5Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for this bonus.

  • A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be used.
  • Only certain games may count towards wagering calculations.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

In cases of bonus abuse, jay77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Bonus abuse includes: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, creating artificial betting patterns, and coordinated betting activity.

6Gaming Rules

All games on the jay77 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to ensure a fair gaming experience.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

  • Game outcomes are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG).
  • Each game has its own rules and terms which should be read before starting.
  • If a round is voided due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
  • jay77 is not liable for outcomes caused by connection issues.

6.2 Live Casino

The dealer's decision is final in live casino games. Should a technical error occur during a live game, the jay77 team will review the situation and make a decision.

6.3 Sports Betting

jay77's own odds-setting method applies to betting on cricket and other sports. If a match is cancelled, betting stakes will be refunded. jay77's decision is final in the case of disputed results.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay77 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and deposits may be forfeited.

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Artificial or coordinated betting to gain bonus benefits.
  • Attempting to hack or modify gaming software.
  • Using automated bots or software to play games.
  • Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
  • Misconduct or threats directed at platform staff.

8Account Suspension

jay77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances.

  • Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
  • Conducting suspicious financial activity.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact us via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. All pending transactions will be completed and any outstanding balance will be returned before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts
